 We take pride in our products, and we value our relationship with you. If for some reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us to discuss the issue and your available options. 

We take each situation on a case-by-case scenario however... 

PLEASE NOTE:   

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on any item that has been personalized, this includes but is not limited to t-shirts, signs, decorative items, furniture and/or other special keepsakes.

Otherwise within 5 days of receiving your item(s) you may return for a refund or exchange. To start the return or refund process we ask that you email hello@craftroomcreated.com and indicate who you are, the product you purchased and why you want or need to return your item(s). Items must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. You must pay for return shipping, but you may use the shipping carrier of your choice.

If an item is damaged or broke upon arrival, please notify us within 3 days of its arrival and we will provide for a full replacement or refund of said item(s) as well as pay, if needed, for the return shipping.
